Membership updates

Hi members,

Memberships have been slightly updated and have become more balanced, full details you can find in the upgrade page and in the faq.

A few highlights,
- Cashout points for standard members have been removed.
- Direct referral earnings have been changed to 100% of the ad value for upgraded members.
- Direct referral earnings have been changed to 50% for the standard members.
- Fixed advertisements give the the full commissions as well.
- There are no longer have Adz7 ads.
- Rented referral clicks are for all memberships $0.001, since the fixed ads are now included this will lead for higher averages.
