New PTP Leaderboard added

Dear members,

I've made a new PTP module for promotors because many of you missed the old one.
Check it out here

It works fairly simply, you can use your referral link to start promoting, for each visitor you send, you get credited according the CPM table.
The more signups you archive, the higher CPM (cost per mille). For example, if you send 5000 visitors and you have 10 signups from your visitors, you have earned $2.00.

Ofcourse the visitors who signup with your referral link are yours and you earn from their activities on Adzseven!
