I used to rented fake refs, that they never been click, and or have lower click by daily.
Can I delete fake Ref? and Do you have replace new Ref automatically to me?

What do you mean with fake refs?

We don't have fake referrals in our system if that is what you talk about.

you have to recycle them. if they dont click it doesnt mean they are fake. they are just inactive. so recycle to get the active one.
