Hello. I have 2 questions.
1. My provider blocks access to the site. May I use a turbo the mode in Yandex the browser for work here. Or to use a proksiserver for change ip addresses.
2. If I invest from a perfectmoney and with paypal, payments on perfectmoney will be available to me?
