I am a new member. Hope I will soon reach to minimum cashout.

In my withdraw condition it is showing as:
You do not have enough funds in your account to complete this operation.
Your minimum cashout is $2.00
And a minimum of 0 cashout points.

So do I need to get cashout points to withdraw ?
