[Question]Did not recive points

I got a direct refferal and total of 10 points in the account.
I am pretty sure they are not from the refferal , and a refferal gives 15 points.
any help?

You can better open a support ticket when there are issue like this. Nerveless I will answer this one; For standard members there are no point earnings, they are frozen, only for upgraded members points are usable, do not get confused with your cashout points these are totally different.
