I've deposit at least $5 from Perfect Money. After I did withdraw then the message appear:
"You currently have 0 Cashout points, in order to withdraw you need at least 5000 Cashout points. It is very easy to earn your Cashout points by doing some PTSU Jobs, mining, bonus ads or offerwalls. Check the FAQ as well to find out all about Cashout points." So, why I still need at least 5000 cashout points before withdraw? |

As can be seen in the FAQ standard members need the 5000 points, this has nothing to do with deposits.
